USB Ubuntu Install

Installing Ubuntu to a USB drive without a separate drive or CD.
sudo qemu-system-x86_64 -boot d -cdrom ubuntu-16.04.1-desktop-amd64.iso -m 4096 -usb -usbdevice disk:/dev/sdb
